Once we have identified your needs, we provide you with test fit office layouts for discussion and feedback, develop them into a more detailed concept design and then develop an outline budget to ensure the design is on track financially before signing them off as a developed design with you before finally progressing them to the technical design stage for full architectural and engineering coordination ready for final costing.
